Customer Service Professional (CSP)
Location: Remote | Employment Type: Contract | Pay Rate: $8- $15/ hour

We are currently hiring remote, independent contractors for multiple Fortune 500 clients... You will need to provide superior customer service via phone. You will interact with customers to identify and resolve their issues, while engaging in an empathetic and direct manner.  

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the client's products and services.
You must maintain professionalism during all interactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services.


Ideal Candidates:

Previous experience in call center, customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills


What you need:

Quiet place to work, free from distractions

USB Headset (for certification class and clients that don’t require landlines)

Wired Keyboard and Mouse (No wireless devices allowed)

A dedicated landline with no call waiting (required by most of our clients)

Phone or Dialpad with noise cancelling headset (for clients that require a landline)

Computer compatible with requirements on our site.

Dual Monitors (recommended)

Minimum Connection Speed: 10mbps download/ Minimum 3 mbps upload

Maximum Latency Threshold: 120 ms

***WIFI can not be used while working. You must be hard-wired (computer connected to your modem with an ethernet cable)

* You must also pass a language assessment and take a typing test.
